Project Assistants will engage in a diverse range of tasks related to Property Valuation Services, Real Estate Investment Appraisals and Financial Feasibility, Sustainability Reports, Project Evaluation, and Socio-Economic Surveys Baseline Studies. Meanwhile, Research Assistants will focus on key research areas, including Contemporary Developments and Challenges in Property Valuation, Real Estate Planning, Finance, and Investments, Sustainability and ESG in Real Estate, Indigenous Knowledge, Innovation and Technology in Construction and Real Estate, and Land Policies and Markets.
