About Us
History
The Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES), former known as Estate Management and Valuation research and Professional Development Centre was established in 2016 as the research arm of the Department of Estate Management and Valuation, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. CRES is a non‐profit making institution.
Goal
To encourage research and publications in the relevant fields, consultancy in real estate projects and enhance human capital through training and development in real estate management and valuation.
