In a rapidly changing landscape characterized by urbanization, tourism growth, sustainability challenges, and economic uncertainty, the sector must adopt innovative development approaches and effective management practices to address issues such as project delays, construction inefficiencies, evolving user preferences, and the need for place-based competitiveness.
